Boost Data Security with Our Chrome Extension: Join Our Beta Today!
In today’s digital-first world, data security is more critical than ever. Organizations are constantly at risk of sensitive information being leaked through the use of uncontrolled personal Gmail accounts. To address this challenge, we’ve developed an innovative Chrome extension designed to prevent accidental data loss by blocking access to Google products when using non-corporate accounts.
Why Our Solution Matters
Corporate data security is a top priority for any organization. When employees use personal Gmail accounts for work purposes, it can lead to uncontrolled data leakage and potential security breaches. Our Chrome extension acts as a safeguard, ensuring that only authorized corporate accounts can access Google Workspace products. This simple yet effective solution helps organizations maintain control over their data and comply with internal security policies. Read more.

How to Get Started
Getting started with our Chrome extension is straightforward:
- Visit admin.safeinbox.es and log in using your Google account. We’ve simplified the authentication process by leveraging Google’s secure system, eliminating the need for separate username and password management. This approach ensures that all users must have a Google account to access the system, enhancing overall security.
- Install the extension and configure it according to your organization’s needs. During the test you can configure in the options menu.
- Start testing and share your feedback to help us improve.
When a user attempts to access an unwanted Google domain account, an error message appears, as shown in the following image.

The Future of Data Security
This beta version is just the beginning. In the future, we plan to release paid versions with additional features and enhanced capabilities. By participating in the beta, you’ll not only gain early access to a powerful security tool but also have the opportunity to shape its development.
Your feedback is invaluable to us. Whether it’s a minor tweak or a major feature suggestion, we’re all ears. Together, we can create a solution that truly makes a difference in safeguarding corporate data.
